Hello everyone!
This house is my first upload *ever* so hopefully it works without a problem in your game as well. You can also find this house and others I’ve created in the Sims 4 in-game gallery under OriginID oosh86.
The lot I’ve built it on is originally called Oakenstead in the Willow Creek world. With the lot’s size being 50×50, it’s the biggest one in that world, I believe (apart from the park).
The house itself features:
– curved roofing
– natural stone walls intespersed with wooden siding for a more natural feel
– three bedrooms: a master, teen’s, and a child’s
– four bathrooms
– an open floor kitchen / dining / living room
– a mudroom
– an office
– a full fledged gym.
It has a large swimming-pool-sized fountain in the backyard and lots of greenery all around to make it more homey. It has two stories, however the second one is merely an extension, so the ceiling is really high, and there’s always lots of natural light coming through the many windows.
Every part of this house is detailed, clutter included.
