Installation of houses, rooms, sims: Download needs to be unzipped first. Every single house, room and household is based on several files. All those files need to be placed in your tray-folder, path:

This house features a ground floor and a roof floor with the families private rooms. The house is completely furnished and the garden landscaped with BBQ area, shadowed gaming table, well and 2 planters. There is enough space on the right to the house for a parking lot if EA adds cars to the game.
The interior features an open floor plan with combined kitchen, dining and living area on ground floor. Here you can find a spare room (4×4) as well furnished as study but can easily be turned into another kids room or something else. Next to the kitchen there is a storage room that can be turned into a laundry if EA adds this function to The Sims 4.
The roof floor contains the 3 private rooms of the family: The master bedroom and two kids rooms. Here you can find the major bathroom as well including shower and bath tube.
