Par Trois – by threes – and this is exactly what we have here – a 3 storey, 3bedroom, 3 bathroom white concrete slab holiday residence built alongside the Canal in Willow Creek- it even has three small fountains on the frontage.
Shape and layout are simple. All major traffic areas are on the ground floor – this means the large open plan area containing lounge,dining and kitchen, – in that order and opening directly from the elegant double front doors – plus a modern bathroom with shower. The lounge room has a feature fireplace, the diningroom has seating for 8 and the kitchen is well provided with counter space, 2 ovens with exhaust hoods as well as a handy microwave. A central island has sink and coffeemachine.
The children’s bedrooms are on the second floor – a double single set up for boys and a pretty pink single for girls. Both have desks with computers and room for toys. These rooms share a common bathroom.
The master bedroom is on the top level. It has a fireplace and full length wooden shutters on the windows and an ensuite bathroom as well as all the usual fittings for bedroom comfort. Also on this floor is a small exercise area and a music corner.
A feature of Par Trois is it’s sun decks and balconies on each level. These all have interior and exterior access. At ground level – at opposite corners of the Lot, there is a medium sized pool and an outdoor dining area with BBQ. There is also a climbing frame for children.
