One thing that bothered me about Sims 4 was that there were less lots than in the Sims 3. I remedied this by putting more than one family per lot.
This lot features two separate homes on one lot: a traditional style raised home in the front and a 3 bedroom mobile home in back. This setup allows for you to have more than one family per lot.
