Back in the days this now modern home was Oasis Spring’s biggest and most productive wooden-floor factory.
It was well known for its high quality floors till one day a devastating fire destroyed the whole building and killed 2 workers who tried to quench the fire.
After this incident the owners shut down the factory and sold it for good.
Now, 2 years later, an architect from Sunset Valley did what no one ever thought was possible:
He reanimated the old factory hall, made it a place for sims to live and made life go on – in honor of 2 brave workers that lost their lives.
It is said that in some cloudy nights you may hear their voices, joking with each other, talking about home-time – till it just gets silent….
