Welcome to Suburbia! This large family home represents the heart of the North-American middle-class. Exquisitely and conveniently designed it embodies the notion that we favor economical and simplified lives. Tastefully decorated it signifies how hard we work yet how much we are relaxed. Unprofessionally landscaped it showcases our love of pastime. It is apparent that in every middle-class family home, there is something personal, something unique, something utterly representative of the family that occupies the house. The Family Home is no exception. Yet, it signifies not the uniqueness of one family, but the uniqueness and originality and personality of America.
In-game description: The perfect home to bring a family closer together. Although, Infamously known for all the yelling and screaming that takes place within, neighbors don’t usually take too kindly to its residents!
The lot contains 5 bedrooms, an upstairs corridor, 2 full bathrooms, a main-floor powder room, an office, a living room, a family room, a kitchen, a dining room, a foyer and a mudroom. This makes for a total of 16 different rooms.
The lot is entirely of my creation (I did not download any premade rooms and I did not use any other lot as inspiration. The layout is cross hall which means that all the rooms are basically across from each other and separated by walls. Unfortunately The Sims 4 has no create a style x_x so I had to work with what I had boohoo.
I built the house on a corner lot which you would notice because there is a door on the side of the house with a walkway that leads to the street.
No worries! You can simply change the walkway so that it leads to the front of the lot if you wish not to place to house on a corner lot.
Thanks, Stevey
