Actually, this is my most detailed house in TS4. Placed in a 30×20 lot in Oasis Springs, the house has, on the first floor: an open white kitchen with a dining area, living room with TV space, and one large bathroom furnished with both bath and shower. On the second floor there is the bedroom. It is not too big, but it is enough for a couple of Sims. Hope you like it and stay tuned for other houses!
