Aichi Mansion is a modern asian home for your Sims. Developed in a 50×50 lot, it has a very wide and cute japanese garden which surround the whole house. In the front of the house there is a luxurious pool, with terrace and two open green areas. On the left and right sides, there are a semi-covered porch with bar and dining area. The main floor is characterised by wide rooms. The first room is the entrance, with open modern kitchen at bottom and dining room on the right side. On the left of the house, there are the studio room and the guest bedroom, with bathroom. While on the right side of the house there are a typical tea room and the living room. Upstairs there is a landing, the master bedroom and a bathroom.
