Old House

The lot is 30×20, and here we’ll see:
– a small garden with a grill;
– a terrace with an easel, bar and place to rest;
– house: 1st floor – hall, dining room, kitchen, living room, bathroom;
– house: 2nd floor – bedroom, nursery, office, restroom.

And my first residential lot for The Sims 4. I’ve built it, firstly, for my playable family, and secondly, to test the build/buy mode. Hope, you’ll like it too 🙂

As I’ve used “Shift+]” code, install the lot from building mode, not from city map for objects to stay increased.
