This stately mansion is built in the Second Empire style of the late Victorian period. Its large living room and dining room, each with its own fireplace, are perfect for elegant parties. A large terrace overlooking the garden provides plenty of room for informal entertaining. On the second floor is a beautiful master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a private terrace. Two bedrooms for the children are connected by a jack-and-jill bathroom. The third floor has a cozy artist studio and a large attic with room for hobbies and storage. The house is surrounded by a formal garden with a pool, a lovely fountain, and a gazebo where you can enjoy tea on a summer afternoon.

This house was built for Sims 4 on the 50X50 Oakenstead lot in Willow Creek. I have the Deluxe Edition with Up all Night, Life of the Party, and Holiday Celebration content. My game is patched through 1.3.18.1010.

You must install the custom content shown below prior to installing this lot if you want the lot to look as pictured. In addition, I have re-sized a few items. To keep the items from reverting to their normal size, you must install the lot as follows: Click on a 50×50 lot. If the lot is vacant, enter Build/Buy mode, open your library, and place this lot. If there is a house on the lot you have chosen, click on the lot, evict the family if occupied, enter Build/Buy Mode, bulldoze the existing house, then open your library and place this lot.
If you do not see this lot in your library, click on Advanced (left side of screen), and make sure both Include Unowned Content and Include Custom Content are checked.
