Multi-purpose community lot for your whole sims family. In the square are 3 separate properties – a library with kids and computer section upstairs, a bar / cafe, and an arts center for skilling up your artistic sims. Outside there is a childrens play area, seating and a decorative flower stand. This is a big lot that I put a lot of detail into, it was really hard to fit that into 9 pictures so there are lots of little extra features to discover!
Lot is currently set as a LIBRARY – it should meet the criteria for museum and bar if you want to change the purpose in town management to get different types of npc sims however.
Above the cafe / bar is a large unused room that you can use for your own purpose.
