A very nice small modern home that can accommodate one or two sims very comfortable.
On the first floor we have: Living room / Kitchen / Back patio with pool and grill.
On the second floor: Office / Terrace / Bedroom with closet / Bathroom spa stile

Important note if for any reason you move your sim from the house don’t keep the furniture due that some of the windows decorations it counts as furniture (shelf’s) and they will not be there anymore for you, unless you place the home again.
