The Terraces Residence is a modern house, developed in three levels, ideal for a big family. In the first floor there is the entrance, with dining and sofas area, an exterior access to the outside/elevated pool and a wide and complete gym. In the ground floor, there is the kitchen, dining table and living area with TV. In this floor there are also two guest bedrooms, perfect for some friends of your Sims to stay at night, and four bathrooms. In the second floor there is the master bedroom, with two dressing room and two bathrooms. There are two kids bedroom too. In each level, there is a terrace which surround the whole house, with some relax areas. On the upper terrace, smaller than the other ones, there is also a private mini pool (the idea was of a mini exterior jacuzzi) and a barbecue area. The house is fully furnished and fully decorated.
